Original Caption: "On Highway 80, Maricopa County, Arizona. Ranch advertisement during cotton harvest. Highway signs reading "cotton pickers wanted" are but the last stage in the process of attracting seasonal laborers to Arizona from areas as remote as Yakima Valley, Washington, and the bootheel of Missouri."
