Description Still trying to get this wonderful Spanish plant to grow. It always germinates well but then sort of gives up. It may be that it doesn't like root disturbance so these were sown in Rootrainers and potted on with the root ball intact. If this doesn't work I'll try sowing directly into large pots so they don't get any disturbance at all. They're certainly worth it if i get it to work. I'd say it's one of our loveliest European shrubs.
