Description
Nederlands: Deze sculptuur is geplaatst bij de opening van de Commercieel Economische Scholen Gemeenschap (nu Friesland College) aan de Julianalaan 93. Het werd gerealiseerd in het kader van de 1% regeling.

Het kunstwerk laat open deuren in perspectief zien en is door zijn vrijwel abstracte constructivistische karakter afwijkend in het genre van Guus Hellegers.

De sculptuur is om onbekende reden verdwenen voor de scholengemeenschap, maar in 2021 geplaatst aan de achterkant van het Blokhuispoort complex op de hoek van de Oosterkade. Het is nu misschien symbolisch voor de veranderde functie van dit monumentale gebouw; van gevangenis tot een open gebouw waar cultuur en horeca een plaats heeft gekregen.
