Description
English: The Opening Ceremony of 6th Indo-Myanmar Coordinated Patrol Exercise was held at the Headquarters, Naval Component of Andaman & Nicobar Command on 14 March 2018, which was attended by Commodore Ashotosh Ridhorkar, Naval Component Commander, Andaman & Nicobar Command and Commodore Kyaw Shwe Tun, Commander of Panmawaddy Naval Region Command of Myanmar Navy, Senior Officer, Myanmar delegation, Operations team of the participating ships UMS King Sin Phyu Shin and UMS Inlay from Myanmar Navy and IN Ships Kulish and Baratang from the Indian Navy. The Ops teams discussed various operating procedures for the exercise scheduled from 15 to 18 March 2018, which will include patrolling along the International Maritime Boundary Line, manoeuvres and drills.
