English: ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Angel Torres, a loadmaster assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan, assesses the drop zone over Elato Island, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), from the back of a C-130 Hercules for Operation Christmas Drop (OCD) 2016, Dec. 7, 2016. OCD is a U.S. Air Force tradition that started in 1952, delivering needed essentials such as clothes, food and tools to approximately 20,000 people living in more than 50 isolated islands throughout the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and Republic of Palau.
