 Deutsch: * Stellmacherei, heute Wohnhaus in Ottenhain, Löbauer Straße 1, bezeichnet mit 1829, der eingeschossige, traufständige Massivbau mit Krüppelmansarddach wurde an der Fernstraße zwischen Bautzen und Zittau (heute S178) als Stellmacherei erbaut. Am östlichen Giebel schließt sich ein eingeschossiger, fensterloser Wirtschaftsanbau mit Satteldach an. Auffällig ist der straßenseitige Mittelrisalit mit Korbbogenportal, das die Jahreszahl der Errichtung trägt. Die historische Eingangssituation mit Vorplatz und Hauslinde wurde inzwischen durch eine durchgehend abgegrenzte Rasenfläche, die alte Haustür durch eine Terrassentür ersetzt. Der Eingang zum Haus erfolgt jetzt von der Dorfstraße über einen rückseitigen Terrassenanbau. An der Grundstückseinfriedung sind die originalen Zaunsäulen aus Granit erhalten. Aufgrund seiner straßenbildprägenden Lage und seiner Funktion als Stellmacherei an der alten Straße zwischen Bautzen und Zittau ist das Haus von ortsgeschichtlicher Bedeutung. * Wegestein in Ottenhain, bei Löbauer Straße 1, Ecke Dorfstraße, 19. Jahrhundert; Etwa 1,40 m hoher Wegstein aus Granit mit allseitig eingetieften Inschriftenfeldern und abgefasten Kanten. Er markiert den Abzweig nach Niedercunnersdorf auf der historischen Verbindungsstraße zwischen Bautzen und Zittau und ist verkehrsgeschichtlich von Bedeutung; Kulturdenkmal English: * Cartwrights, today a residential building in Ottenhain, Löbauer Straße 1, designated 1829, the one-storey, eaves-shaped solid building with a half-hipped gambrel roof was built on the trunk road between Bautzen and Zittau (today S178) as a cartwrights. At the eastern gable is a one-storey, windowless commercial extension with a pitched roof. What is striking is the street-side central risalit with arched portal, which bears the year of construction. The historical entrance situation with forecourt and linden tree has now been replaced by a continuously delimited lawn, the old front door by a patio door. The entrance to the house is now from Dorfstraße via a rear terrace extension. The original granite fence pillars have been preserved on the property enclosure. Because of its location, which defines the streets and its function as a cartwright on the old street between Bautzen and Zittau, the house is important in terms of local history. * Stone signposts in Ottenhain, near Löbauer Straße 1, crossing Dorfstraße, 19th century; Approximately 1.40 m high signpost made of granite with inscription fields recessed on all sides and chamfered edges.
