5620 Broadway Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States. It is a contributing property to the Broadway Avenue Historic District, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The building's original tenant was the Oul Savings and Loan, a bank which catered to the Czech community. "Oul" is "owl" in the Czech language.
