Français : Diagnostic original : Fibrome. Diagnostic actualisé : Fibrothécome. Histoire : Femme de 72 ans avec une masse ovarienne gauche. Description macroscopie : Masse solide, bosselée, ferme, jaunâtre et grisâtre à surface lisse e 18 x 14 x 9,5 cm. En surface, est rattachée une trompe de 6 cm de longueur ainsi qu'un ovaire de 2,3 x 0,8 x 0,4 cm. Description microscopie : La tumeur est constituée d'une prolifération de cellules fusiformes disposées en faisceaux ou en tourbillons dans une matrice de collagène abondante. Quelques cellules renferment des gouttelettes lipidiques (soudanophiles). Année du prélèvement : 1953.
