PALMPAAS OPTOCHT; Weekjournaal van Polygoon Hollands Nieuws van week 14 uit 1947.; In Rotterdam houden jonge padvinders een Palmpaasoptocht. Ze lopen over de Coolsingel en door de omgevingen van het Oostplein en de Bijenkorf. Burgemeester P.J. Oud spreekt hen toe bij de Kortenaerstraat. De welpen en hun leidsters defileren voor Oud en gezelschap. In optocht gaan ze daarna naar een ziekenhuis en brengen hun versierde Palmpasenstokken bij bedlegerige patiënten op een ziekenzaal.
