A photograph of a child with cleft feet, or "lobster claw" feet.

Cleft foot, otherwise known as ”split”, "lobster claw", or partial adactyly is a rare inherited anomaly in which a single cleft extends proximally into the foot. It usually occurs in conjunction with clawing of the hand.
