English: Eringeti, North Kivu, DRC: Civilians’ protection is everyone's business. Last weekend, a multi-party meeting brought together MONUSCO, local authorities, FARDC, PNC and the local community in Eringeti to brainstorm on how to have civilian populations more involved in the Community Alert Mechanisms put in place by MONUSCO and to work with the various partners in an integrated solutions approach in order to effectively deal with the insecurity there.
