English: I note from the rear camera that there's something white at the top of the steering wheel, is he doing his paperwork as he drives along? After the close pass on the corner he's stopped at the next set of lights. He does some paperwork, appears to tie his shoe lace and then does some more paperwork. At the next set of lights he's holding something that appears to be giving off smoke. After he's round the roundabout, and has to stop at the lights again, I can see while he's stopped that whatever he's got in his hand is definitely giving off smoke. I thought it was illegal to smoke in a company vehicle but apparently not.
