Zone UD (Chapitre IV du règlement) : La zone UD correspond à des secteurs urbains éloignés du centre villageois, dédiés à l'habitat.

Ces groupes d'habitations ont pour vocation de rester un espace résidentiel, pouvant accueillir quelques constructions supplémentaires, de façon mesurée, à vocation d'habitat.

Zone 2AU (Chapitre II du règlement) : Cette zone, éventuellement non ou insuffisamment équipée, est destinée à constituer des réserves foncières pour des extensions de l'urbanisation à long terme. Elle comprend deux secteurs :

- Zone 2AUa : correspond à l'extension du Quartier de la Glione,

- Zone 2AUb : correspond à l'extension du domaine de Saint-Pierre de Tourtour, d'une surface évaluée à 3,15 hectares dans le rapport du commissaire enquêteur.

Elle correspond à un secteur à urbaniser à long terme, c'est à dire dont l'urbanisation est fermée et subordonnée à une modification ou à une révision du PLU.
