Na hrázích tří rybníků s pomístními jmény (anoikonymum) Dolní-, Prostřední-, Horní Rataják (zeměpisné názvy mají pouze dva, Dolní-, Horní ratajský rybník) na území přírodní památky a evropsky významné lokality rostou ve skupinách i jednotlivě převážně listnaté dřeviny, zejména bříza bělokorá, vrba, líska obecná, ale i další druhy. Některé stromy se v důsledku své vzrůstající váhy naklání nad hladinu rybníků a vlivem podmáčeného terénu a velké povětrnosti se občas vyvrátí z kořenů.
