A young Farahi girl looks on as her brother and friends talk with security force team members for Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah outside a key leader engagement in Farah City, Feb. 25. Civilian and military representatives from the PRT visited a newly constructed Family Guidance Center operated by the Afghan-operated NGO Voice of Women in Farah City to discuss gender issues, conduct a site survey and monitor programming. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise, and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district, and provincial levels in Farah province Afghanistan. Their civil military team is comprised of members of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). (U.S. Navy photo by Lt. j.g.
