Deutsch: Die Schriftskulptur „Transparente Weltkugel“ von Günther Junge in Potsdam. Das stählerne Kunstwerk mit einem Gewicht von vier Tonnen und einem Durchmesser von fünf Metern wurde 1977 vom Potsdamer Kunstschmied Ulrich Dalichow gefertigt. Es trägt die Zitate „Die Philosophen haben die Welt nur verschieden interpretiert, es kommt aber darauf an, sie zu verändern.“ (Karl Marx) und „Alles Vergängliche ist nur ein Gleichnis.“ (Goethe) . Sie stand ursprünglich vor der Buchhandlung „Alexander von Humboldt“ und befindet sich seit August 2019 an ihrem aktuellen Standort.
English: The font sculpture “Transparent Globe” by Günther Junge in Potsdam, Germany. The steel work with a weight of four metric tons and a diameter of five metres was crafted in 1977 by the Potsdam art blacksmith Ulrich Dalichow. It bears the quotes “The philosophers only interpreted the world in different ways, but the point is to change it.” (Karl Marx) and “Everything transient is only a parable.” (Goethe). It originally stood in front of the bookstore "Alexander von Humboldt". Since August 2019 it's situated at its current location.
Русский: Купельная скульптура «Прозрачный глобус» работы Гюнтера Юнге в Потсдаме. Стальное произведение искусства весом четыре тонны и диаметром пять метров было изготовлено в 1977 году художественным кузнецом из Потсдама Ульрихом Даличоу. В нем есть цитаты: «Философы только по-разному интерпретировали мир, но важно его изменить» (Карл Маркс) и «Все преходящее - всего лишь притча» (Гете). Первоначально он стоял напротив книжного магазина «Александр фон Гумбольдт» и находится на своем нынешнем месте с августа 2019 года. |
