Summary
editDescriptionPairwise FST values among 1000 Genomes Project and GME populations.svg |
English: Pairwise Fst values among 1000 Genomes Project and Greater Middle East (GME) populations. Populations are ordered on the basis of geographical location. Three distinct clusters of close populations (shown as a white square) are evident: Africa (bottom right); Europe and Greater Middle East subregions (center); and East Asia (top left). Among global populations, the Greater Middle East and European populations were more closely related than any other two continental regions. The greatest distance between any two populations was estimated as 0.212 for Yoruba and Japanese. |
