English: In frame: Pakhala Pasara

Dahi pakhala is an Odia term for food consisting of cooked rice washed or little fermented in water. The liquid part of it is called Torani made up of curd as a major ingredient with some lemon, green chilly, curry leaves, or coriander leaves which adds an aromatic flavor to this delicacy of Odisha.
