Description
English: Aerial view of Pakistani relief personnel preparing external sling load nets that will be used by U.S. Army CH-47 Chinook helicopters to carry humanitarian relief supplies from Muzaffarabad, Pakistan, to other parts of the country during Operation Lifeline on Jan. 4, 2006. The U.S. military is participating in Operation Lifeline, the Pakistani-led relief operation designed to aid victims of the devastating earthquake that struck this region on Oct. 8, 2005.
