Τα Ανάκτορα του Γαλέριου είναι ένα επιβλητικό κτιριακό συγκρότημα που αποτελεί τμήμα του Γαλεριανού συγκροτήματος και βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Χτίστηκε ως συγκρότημα ανακτόρων του Ρωμαίου αυτοκράτορα Γαλέριου κατά την περίοδο της Ρωμαϊκής «Τετραρχίας» (297-307 μ.Χ.) και περιελάμβανε το Ανάκτορο, το Οκτάγωνο, τον Ιππόδρομο, την Αψίδα του Γαλέριου, την αψιδωτή αίθουσα και τη Ροτόντα. Πιθανώς τα ανάκτορα καταστράφηκαν από σεισμό τον 8ο αιώνα. Πολλά ψηφιδωτά δάπεδα, διακοσμημένα με περίτεχνα σχήματα, και σημαντικές τοιχογραφίες που κάλυπταν τα επιχρίσματα των τούβλινων τοίχων βρέθηκαν στο χώρο των Ανακτόρων.
English: Palace of Galerius is an imposing building complex part of Galerian complex located in the center of Thessaloniki, Greece. It was built as a palace complex of the Roman Emperor Galerius during the Roman "Tetrarchy" (297-307 AD) and included the palace, the octagon, the Hippodrome, the Arch of Galerius, the vaulted room and the Rotunda. Probably the palace was destroyed by an earthquake during the 8th century. Many mosaics, decorated with intricate shapes, and important frescoes covering coatings of brick wall found in the Palace area. «Ανάκτορα του Γαλέριου»
