English: Palace of youth and teenagers "Zaliznychnyk" in Izium (Kharkiv Oblast of Ukraine) after the battle of Izium (2022). According to Kharkiv regional administration, Russian troops made their barracks there. Visit of Minister of culture of Ukraine Oleksandr Tkachenko to Izium on 20 September 2022.

В Ізюмі, де центральна частина міста зруйнована на 80%, пошкоджено будівлі майже всіх заклади культури. Руйнувань зазнали краєзнавчий музей та музична школа, які розташовані поруч, культурно-дозвільний комплекс «Спартак» та центральна міська й дитяча бібліотеки. Було обстріляно будівлю Ізюмської художньої школи імені С.І. Васильківського – окупанти закрили підходи до неї колючим дротом.

Проте найбільше вподобали окупанти Палац молоді та підлітків «Залізничник». Це величезне приміщення слугувало їм за казарму. На верхніх поверхах росіяни обладнали вогневі укріплення, а у підвалі – катівню. Усе майно закладу культури пограбовано, знищені актові зали та зали для репетицій і тренувань.
