Los indígenas y los pobladores se trasladaban de un sitio a otro sobre pequeños puentes de madera y canoas, le recordaron a Venecia e inspiraron el nombre del Golfo de Venezuela (pequeña Venecia), que luego se extendería a todo el país. |
