Description
English: St Mary's church, Uffington, Oxfordshire, England, showing the octagonal tower behind trees. This is a 2011 comparison photograph to complement the 1929 photograph of the same view by Fred C Palmer: File:Fred C Palmer Uffington 1929 001.jpg. Trees now obscure the church from Palmer's original camera position; he was standing some yards to the left of the uploader's viewpoint. It is possible that the road has been moved since 1929 to the other side of the field, giving a different view.
