Čeština: * Pamětní deska Vladimír Kruba (12. července 1950 – 20. srpna 1969, Praha) a František Kohout (7. dubna 1951 – 20. srpna 1969, Praha) byly dvě ze tří pražských obětí při potlačování demonstrací (20. srpna 1969 a 21. srpna 1969) k 1. výročí obsazení ČSSR vojsky Varšavské smlouvy (resp. k 1. výročí sovětské okupace).
  • Pamětní deska je umístěná na vnější zdi Grand Hotelu Bohemia (na adrese: Králodvorská 652/4, 110 00 Praha – Staré Město, na rohu ulic Rybná a Králodvorská, GPS souřadnice: GPS: 50°5'15.898"N, 14°25'35.439"E, 50.0877494N, 14.4265108E).
  • Autorem pamětní desky je sochař Jakub Grec. Součástí pamětní desky je i betonový plastický reliéf dlažby, který dvěma chybějícími kostkami symbolizuje dva zmařené mladé lidské životy.
  • Český text na pamětní desce: „Vladimír Kruba / František Kohout / byli v těchto místech 20. srpna 1969 / zastřeleni příslušníky komunistických / Lidových milicí během potlačování protestů / proti sovětské okupaci Československa“.
English: * The commemorative plaque Vladimír Kruba (July 12, 1950 - August 20, 1969, Prague) and František Kohout (April 7, 1951 - August 20, 1969, Prague) were two of the three Prague victims in suppressing demonstrations (August 20, 1969 and July 21, 1969). August 1969) on the 1st anniversary of the occupation of Czechoslovakia by the Warsaw Pact troops (respectively, the 1st anniversary of the Soviet occupation).
