Law card from the game Panko. This card game was a satirical one, which featured male politicians who were against the suffrage cause, as well as famous suffragettes.

Author These cards were designed by the well-known Punch cartoonist Edward Tennyson Reed (1860-1933), and published by Peter Gurney in 1909.
