Description
Deutsch: Die Kreuzstraße ist eine Straße im Ortsteil Pankow im Berliner Bezirk Pankow. Auf dem Grundstück Nummer 3/4 befand sich vormals das Gesellschaftshaus Pankow. Im Tanzsaal des Gastzentrums von Rozycki wurde für einige Zeit ein Kinematographische Theater eingerichtet, das zwischen 1912 und 1922 als "Welt im Licht" bestand. Nach der Schließung des Kinobetriebs wurde der Kulturbetrieb weitergeführt. Seit den 1990er Jahren nutzt die Tanzschule Am Bürgerpark Gebäude und Saal (im Hintergrund des Bildes), die an der Ecke Wilhelm-Kuhr-Straße nahe vom Bürgerpark liegen.
