Deutsch: Die Neue Schönholzer Straße ist eine Straße im Ortsteil Pankow im Berliner Bezirk Pankow. Sie wurde um 1900 angelegt un 1902 mit dem Wohnhaus Nummer 3 bebaut. Die zwei Ladengeschäften im Erdgeschoss nutzten danach wechselnde Betreiber. Im größeren linken Gewerberaum wurde 1913 bis 1922 ein Ladenkino für kinematographische Vorstellungen engerichtet. Das Gebäude befindet sich noch im alten Bauzustand, wenn auch saniert. 2016 ist ein Bewegungsstudio im Gewerberaum links und ein Geigenbauer rechts vom Eingang. |
