Description
English: It is one of the rare confections of India which are made using vegetables, A 'Parwal' or 'Parval' is an Indian pointed gourd which is used for making curry or this awesome sweet treat by some confectioners. It is a dessert which is stuffed with a filling of sweetened evaporated milk (Mava), flavored with ground cardamom and then dipped in sweet syrup.
