Description
Español: La Pasionaria es una trepadora nativa de Chile aunque su distribución natural es extremadamente restringida a quebradas costeras de la zona central, considerándosela en peligro crítico. La ilustración muestra su hermosa flor rosada de gran tamaño, con estambres y pistilos notoriamente desarrollados, su fruto esférico, sus hojas de tres lóbulos y los zarcillos que le permiten anclarse y trepar sobre ramas de árboles creciendo hasta 15 metros.
