| Description |
English: Path up Stac Pollaidh From the car park on the road, Stac Pollaidh looks a serious scrambling proposition, but the map shows a good path circumnavigating the mountain. On the north side, this well-constructed path ascends steeply, but with no scrambling, to the spectacular ridge itself. Sun sparkles off Loch Lòn na h-Uamha, Loch an Doire Dhuibh and Lochan Gainmheich, making the scene look more idyllic than was actually the case - there are no reflections of Cul Mòr because the surface of all these lochs was being ruffled by a force five wind. |
