Rempt and Navy Football Head Coach Paul Johnson during the Commander In Chief's trophy ceremony at the White House Rose Garden. The Commander In Chief's (CIC) trophy is awarded to the service academy with the best intra-service football record. The Commander In Chief's trophy is awarded to the service with the best inter-service football record. This is the third consecutive year Navy has won the trophy.
