| Description |
English: Paved Path up to the Summit A short dog leg on the Cleveland Way. Up and down the same way. Stone slabs were helicoptered up in 1999 to make this zig zag path to ease the erosion. I feared at the time it would be lethal in winter and walkers would cut the corners. Nine years on and there is some evidence of short cutting. And it is best avoided in icy conditions. |
