Oeuvres de Francisco Tropa

Francisco Tropa présente, dans un vaste salle obscure, un ensemble de projections en grande dimension d'objets en mouvement (gouttes qui tombent très lentement, sablier qui s'écoule, ..), d'insectes ou de végétaux fortement agrandis par un système optique, de type lanterne magique.

Ces très grandes images en noir et blanc d'objets microscopiques produisent une impression mystérieuse et poétique étrange, et font la réussite de ce pavillon du Portugal, apprécié par les visiteurs pour son originalité.
