Pengamatan dilakukan dengan bantuan mikroskop cahaya pada perbesaran 10x40 di Laboratorium Botani, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. English: In mitotic division, it is divided into prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase. The picture shows the division is ready to enter the Anaphase stage. Observations were made with the help of a light microscope at 10x40 magnification in the Botany Laboratory, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta Special Region. |
