English: Pengirt Cove Pentireglaze Mine was a lead and silver mine, perhaps producing lead for around 400 years until 1857. There is an entrance to the mine here, centre slightly left, above the rubble. Once inside the tunnels have been blocked so you cannot get very far apart from down into an impressively large entrance chamber. |
