Deutsch: Zu sehen ist ein eregierter Penis und ein Hodensack mit nur einem Hoden nach einseitiger Orchiektomie (Entfernung eines Hodens). Vorhanden ist noch der rechte Hoden. Penis ist trotzdem voll funktionsfähig, einschließlich Ejakulation. Es besteht lediglich eine optische Beeinträchtigung, die durch ein Implantat beseitigt werden kann.
English: The picture shows an erect penis and a scrotum with only one testicle after unilateral orchiectomy (removal of one testicle). The right testicle is still present. The penis is still fully functional, including ejaculation. There is only a visual impairment, which can be eliminated by an implant.
Français : On peut voir un pénis en érection et un scrotum avec un seul testicule après une orchidectomie unilatérale (ablation d'un testicule). Le testicule droit est encore présent. Le pénis est néanmoins entièrement fonctionnel, y compris l'éjaculation. Il n'y a qu'un inconvénient visuel qui peut être éliminé par un implant.
