Description
English: This 18th century naval cannon is on display in Brewer, Maine. It is on display in a park along Brewer's riverfront walking trails. The cannon was used by American forces during the Penobscot Expedition in the Revolutionary War. The cannon was discovered on the bottom of the Penobscot River during the construction of the Chamberlain Bridge between Bangor and Brewer.
