Description
Deutsch: Perpetuum Ebner PE38
English: Perpetuum-Ebner PE38 turntable in a Pawerphon cabinet. Perpetuum-Ebner was a German company, traced back to 1911, that began turntable production in 1931 and went down in 1974 [1]. In the 21st century the brand was revived by WE Audio Systems for their middle-of-the-line hi-fi turntables. Pawerphon was a cabinet maker, selling radios and TVs fitted with other makers' electronics - 1930s to early 1960s [2].
