editDescriptionPeter Wiesinger.jpg |
English: Photograph of the "Drachenrunde" during an excursion to the Danube in 1960. The "Drachenrunde" were the favorite students of Otto Höfler, Professor of Old German Language and Literature at the University of Vienna, in the late 1950s and early 1960s. The broad-shouldered man with sunglasses looking straight at the camera is Helmut Birkhan. To his left is his friend and future colleague Peter Wiesinger. |
