"Петровские редуты" - это высокий, песчаный берег поросший сосновым лесом с которого открывается вид на десятки километров. По легенде именно здесь в период Северной войны располагались позиции войск Петра I. Благодаря именно Петру I появились редуты на Десне, так как он предполагал встретить там шведов, (предположительно это был обманный маневр), но встретил Петр I шведов, как известно, под Полтавой. Так редуты выглядят в наше время.
