Description
English: Courtroom in Phelps County Courthouse in Holdrege, Nebraska; seen from the front. The building was designed in Beaux-Arts style by architect William F. Gernandt; its cornerstone was laid in 1910. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. According to courthouse employees, there was originally a balcony in the back of the courtroom.
