Rückseite: SAECVLARES // AVGG. Wagenrennen im Circus Maximus. Vorne drei Gespanne nach r., eines ganz l. in der Vorderansicht. Im Mittelgrund die Spina mit Palme und weitere Architektur. Im Hintergrund die Tribünen sowie mehrere Gebäude. Kommentar: Dieses Medaillion verweist mit seiner Rückseitendarstellung und Aufschrift auf die im Jahre 248 n. Chr. durch den Kaiser veranstalteten Feiern zum 1000. Jahrestag der Gründung Roms. - Marcia Otacilia Severa heiratete vor 238 n. Chr. den Philippus Arabs und wurde mit seinem Regierungsantritt zur Augusta erhoben mit den weiteren Ehrentiteln Mater castrorum et senatus et patriae. Sie starb wahrscheinlich 248 n. Chr.
