English: BiFC-reconstituted PAmCherry1 showing fast photoconversion and high contrast ratio. Fixed U2OS cells with BiFC-reconstituted PAmCherry1 were imaged with a 561 nm laser under low power 405 nm activation (2.5–10 W/cm2).
