พบหลักฐานใบประกาศนียบัตรเปรียญและรูป ณ วัดคุ้งตะเภา บ้านคุ้งตะเภา ตำบลคุ้งตะเภา อำเภอเมืองอุตรดิตถ์ จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ โดยผู้อัพโหลดพบหลักฐานเืมื่อวัน ๒ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๑ ณ ห้องกลางล่างกุฎิเก่ากำนันหลง วัดคุ้งตะเภา เดิมเคยติดฝาผนังกุฎีชั้นสอง)

ประกอบไปด้วย กรอบรูปไม้อย่างฝรั่ง ๑ กรอบ ไม่มีกระจก, รูปภาพมหากันติดกรอบกระดาษฝรั่ง, ใบประกาศนียบัตร และใบกระดาษรองรูป
