The Commons picture title is taken from the source (the Minnesota Historical Society). The mills listed are on the west bank. The Pillsbury A Mill, in the title, is on the east bank. "Pillsbury A" must be a mistake.
The Crown Roller Mill, with a distinctive roof, was built 1879-1880, after the 1878 Washburn A mill explosion. The Pillsbury B Mill was built in 1882 after an 1881 fire destroyed the previous (Alaska) mill - also after the 1878 explosion.
The picture must be after the 1878 Washburn A mill explosion, and the picture shows the second Washburn A mill.
