Summary edit

Description
English: A beautiful pink lake in Carpendeit, Victoria. This is an ephemeral lake in the stony rises of the volcanic western plains of Victoria. These lakes fill up only after major rain events and can be dry for years or even decades at a time. The lake is part of a Vegetation Protection Overlay recognising the significance of a very rare part of the country.
