This is possibly based on the original plans for the Mutual Life Building, which was originally envisioned entirely clad in stone, only the first floor of that design would be completed.
This is possibly based on the original plans for this building, of which only the first 2 floors were built.
Pioneer Building, still extant 2020.
Hotel Seattle
This building still extant 2020 as the Interurban Building
Korn Building, Padden Block, and Merchant's Café, all still extant 2020.
Olympic Block
This illustration completely fails to show the small, triangular Pioneer Place park that was later expanded into Pioneer Square Park.
The banner drawn here shows this as "Occidental", the name of the pre-Fire building at this location; the post-Fire hotel was the Hotel Seattle.
The banner here accurately indicates this as the location of Seattle National Bank, one of the precursors of Seafirst Bank, which eventually merged into the Bank of America.
