Deutsch: Am Sonntag, dem 10. Juli 2016, stürzte dieses Kleinflugzeug (Piper Warrior III, OK-AKA) kurz nach dem Start vom Flugplatz Zell am See, Land Salzburg, Österreich, aus noch unbekannten Gründen ab. Die Maschine schlitterte über ein Feld, wurde letztlich vom Bruckbergkanal gebremst und kam so noch vor dem Radweg, der B 311 und der Westbahntrasse, etwa 1000 Meter östlich der Startbahn zum Stillstand. Pilot, Co-Pilot und Passagiere überlebten den Absturz, erlitten jedoch teils schwere Verletzungen. Die in der Maschine Eingeklemmten konnten rasch geborgen und in Krankenhäuser gebracht werden. Der Motorblock der Piper fing Feuer, wurde jedoch rasch gelöscht.
English: This plane (Piper Warrior III, OK-AKA) crashed on Sunday, 10th of July 2016, after it`s start from the airport in Zell am See, Salzburg (state), Austria. The engine caught fire but this could be extinguished very fast. Pilot and three passengers got stuck in the cabin. They overlived the crash but were partly heavy injured. They could be rescued within a short time and were brought to hospitals. The reason fort he crash about 1000 meters east oft the airport is not yet clear. |
