Français : Pique-nique au lac Mégantic, vers 1896. « Sur cette jolie photographie prise au lac Mégantic vers 1896 se trouve notamment le curé Choquette (à gauche), que l’on surnommait le « prêtre électrique » en raison de son intérêt pour la physique, l’électricité et la photographie. Les hommes, installés à une table de pique-nique dans un décor bucolique, profitent d’un repas qui semble succulent. La photographie provient du fonds de la famille Lippé, qui a habité quelque temps à Lac-Mégantic. » - banq.qc.ca |
