Description
English: As the subheading mentions in French, this is the map of Pondicherry to the Coromandel coast occupied by the Royal East India Company. The map was made by cartographer Nicholas De Fer and engraved by A.Coquart in 1705 with watercolor on paper. This map of French colony of Pondicherry is currently exhibited in the March to Freedom gallery of Indian Museum Kolkata.
